We switched to Next Generation a few years ago because they were able to get us the same coverage we had for half the price we had been paying. Mariela has been wonderful to work with. She always goes above and beyond to find us the best price and to help us with anything we need. If she is unable to answer the phone, there is always someone who is there to help. Would never recommend working with this company. We had worked with Iris for several years with home and auto insurance. When it was time to renew our auto insurance she told us the company we had been using would not longer cover me for auto. She then proceeded to give me a quote from only one other insurance agency stating no one else would cover me. After doing our own research and calling the insurance company we had always bundled with, we found out iris not only had lied and we would still be covered, but had been quoting us for thousands of dollars more than the insurance company alone would have. When we confronted her asking where she came up with the additional $4,000 a year her response was simply “it costs more to go through an agent”. We told her we no longer would be working with her or their company and since then have been contacted and harassed by another agent, Vicki wanting to know if we still own one of homes and tried to get us to change coverage. After asking her multiple times we were no longer working with their company she has continued to call and email us.Their employees are beyond unprofessional and would not recommend using them unless you want to be changed thousands of dollars more by going through their company
Response from the owner: Lauren - I'm sorry that you feel this way about our agency. In response, there is zero incentive for our team to be dishonest. Our team does not work off commissions. To correct your statement, our associate never stated that "no one else would cover you." She communicated that the other insurance carriers that her agency represents would not offer a proposal. We are glad you were able to find an insurance carrier that offered you a significant savings. Regarding your property insurance, as insurance advisors, if we continue to manage a risk, we need to understand the exposure to make sure it is properly insured. Our records show that we contacted you twice to inquire on property status. I sincerely apologize that you felt harassed. We do appreciate your business over the past several years.

Called to get a quote and was told they would quote through multiple insurance agencies. Whe they send the quote I thought it was extremely high (higher than what I have today with my current provider). I went out and checked a provider they mentioned they quote through and it’s less than my current provider and about 1/3 of the cost they quoted. This was just for my car insurance. The home owners insurance they quoted was over double my current rate.How can you stay in business not quoting the best possible rates?

While our agency does not focus on price (we emphasize coverage), we do present our members and prospects the most competitive premium based on desired coverage. There are so many variables that can impact a policy premium. Because insurance is not monopolized, the premiums proposed will always vary between carriers.
