Meet Our Team

Kevin Moorman
President

I have been a proud insurance agency owner for over 27 years. Protection is in the family blood, in fact, I am a third-generation risk manager. There is nothing I love more than serving, protecting, and guiding others through life! As a family man myself, I know what it’s like to navigate the complexities of day-to-day life. That’s why I find helping people with their insurance needs so rewarding, whatever they may be!

I was born & raised on the Westside of Cincinnati–where you are known by your church parish & high school. I graduated from  Oak Hills High School and then went on to earn a BA from Bowling Green State University (BGSU). I proudly consider myself a band geek & enjoy music to my core. Health and wellness are also passions of mine–finding ways to stay fit personally and also help others move in their best direction is very exciting to me. In fact, I am starting my training at age 50 to become the oldest Ironman finisher ever, at the age of 90; since it will probably take me 40 years to learn to swim well.

My weekends are not one of sitting down. As many of my friends and family members know,  landscaping, building gardens & developing my yard has been my joy for decades. Aside from that, Lakota West Bands & Theatre, as well as Oak Hills Alumni Education Foundation, has been my volunteer focus for many years.  I also find ways to support the wonderful Munoz Foundation.

Iris Wainscott
Operations Manager

I have worked in the insurance industry for the last 15 years. I offer corporations, families, and individuals risk management solutions through careful analysis and comparisons of a wide variety of exposures, using my industry experience in agency management, service, and sales. I appreciate every opportunity to learn more about each member so that I can help them build an insurance portfolio that protects their family and investments.

I grew up in St. Bernard – a lovely, small town in Cincinnati, OH. I graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership. I enjoy being active and making social connections.  I love to run, swim and train for marathons!

In addition to my career in the insurance industry, I am the President of the Village Positive Action Committee—an organization dedicated to the vitality and enrichment of the St. Bernard Community. I am also the head coach of the St. Bernard Stingrays – a team that pulls on all of my heart strings.

Vicki Kelley
Risk Manager

I have nearly two decades of experience in the insurance industry. My favorite part about my job is being able to help advise people to make the most informed insurance decisions possible. I get to learn something new every day in this industry!

I was born, raised and currently reside in Colerain Township. I have had many different jobs until an Insurance Agent convinced me to work for her, about 19 years ago. Ever since that day, I haven’t even dreamed about switching roles! That’s because I feel good every time I can help someone understand their insurance needs or help them through the claims process.

When I’m not wearing my insurance cap, you’ll find me being a mother to my 2 sons, my fur babies and my youth group—DeMolay Kids. When I’m not in the office, and if I am not working with the youth group, I am on our little boat on a lake somewhere with my husband. I’ve always loved animals and really enjoy spending time with my family at the Cincinnati Zoo.

I have volunteered a lot of time over the years, and still do to a variety of youth related groups. Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, PTA, CAA, church youth group—you name it! Giving back and helping others is my passion.

Risk Advisor

I have over 5 years of experience in insurance, having begun my career in personal lines side of the industry. The best part about my job is knowing that I am helping people secure their peace of mind they deserve. I grew up in Ripley, Ohio and moved to Liberty Township in 1999. I have grown to love this community and the people that live here. They truly feel like family!

What excites me the most is being able to provide the knowledge to make sure our clients make informed decisions on the product they are purchasing. On a more personal note, something that people may not know about me is that I have a passion for photography. When I’m not helping customers save money on their insurance rates, you can certainly find me taking photos as my side job. Otherwise, I like to spend time with family and friends, taking my Labrador retriever Cooper for walks and watching mindless TV (my guilty pleasure!).

I grew up in the heart of Cleveland. Where I called Lake Erie the beach. I studied nursing because nurses can be so involved with people.  I wanted to help people feel better and nurse them back to health.

I have participated in different roles within the agency.  I started as an office administrator then evolved to be more involved in sales. I started learning the insurance jargon in 2003 and got licensed in 2005. I enjoy sharing the many benefits that come from having a well-rounded insurance portfolio. It’s enriching to spend one on one time with each insured.

I look forward to answering someone’s question to clarify confusion or misunderstanding. I enjoy addressing needs and turning every interaction into a caring, pleasant touch. I am here to listen and work on picking up on what is important to each individual and family.

I enjoy traveling around the globe, visiting the natural and man-made wonders of the world.  I like eating different foods, admiring other cultures, seeing the different hues of blue water has. I like hiking up a mountain, bicycling through the trails, having a refreshing drink at hand.  I like to learn about ways to stay looking great and feeling great. I wish everyone would stop and smell the flowers!

My guilty pleasure is floats. Yes, Pepsi and cherry vanilla ice cream. I must stop by the farmer’s market and buy fruits.

When I’m not at the office, I’m on the phone face-timing family. I enjoy a good cardio session at home and start my weekends with an exquisite home-roasted cup of coffee prepared by my loving husband.

I volunteer in witnessing or talking about the Bible and God’s Kingdom.
